CIO Direct was
developed by CIO Technologies, Inc
located in southern California. It is a web based (SaaS)
order management system (OMS) and
warehouse management system (WMS). CIO
Direct was developed for use by third party fulfillment centers and
multi-channel merchants.
The system was developed with a focus on the
Business to Consumer
(B2C) industry with its large order volumes and multiple order sources.
A system handling tens of thousands of orders per day needs a radically
different architecture minimizing interactions wherever possible. It is
also configured to handle large-scale Business to
Business (B2B) wholesale operations.
CIO Direct
includes an integrated warehouse management system. It empowers you to
set up standards for fulfillment, receiving, inventory counts and other
processes. You can safely outsource to several fulfillment providers
maintaining a consistent quality and reporting.
We have a proven record of setting up new
fulfillment operations in days, and even temporarily moving entire
operations to handle time sensitive scenarios. You can use an existing
CIO Direct partner on a pay as you go basis if you don't have time or
the capital to establish a new fulfillment center.
